These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any content, demonstrations or materials made available through it (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to that organisation.
The Site is an informational and marketing website that describes VideoCrypt's modular video platform and related products and services. It is intended to help you learn about our offering and to get in touch with our team.
Use of the Site does not by itself grant you any right to use the underlying platform, products or services described on it. Access to those platform capabilities is provided only under a separate commercial agreement entered into between VideoCrypt and the relevant customer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement covering your use of the platform, that commercial agreement governs with respect to the platform.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site, and you must use it in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the VideoCrypt name and brand, user-interface designs, illustrations, screenshots and the arrangement of all of the foregoing — are owned by VideoCrypt Software Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own internal, informational and evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources or services that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.
From time to time we may offer demonstrations, trials, previews or other evaluation content through the Site. Any such offering is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms presented at the point of access.
Evaluation content is intended for assessment only, may not reflect final functionality or performance, and should not be relied upon for production use. You should not submit confidential, sensitive or regulated data into any demo or trial environment unless a separate agreement expressly permits it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is complete, current or accurate. Any reliance you place on the Site is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VideoCrypt Software Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) to access the Site or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VideoCrypt Software Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or of applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You agree that the courts at Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
